Let me explain everything again, maybe my English is not so good.

Statistics about power usage were generated when the laptop was on
battery after a fifteen-minutes-long usage. (When connected to AC
powertop says no acpi power usage estimate available).

Statistics about battery, instead, were generated when connected to AC
power but I can assure you that when on battery "remaining capacity"
varies over time (always decreasing obviously :p ).

I agree with you that ACPI is giving me misleading information: when I
use ibam to estimate remaining battery capacity I obtain different
percentages between (Bios, Battery percentage and Charge percentage).
