I just tried the new .24 stable release , but the problem still remains :/
  37,4% (111,2)      <kernel IPI> : Rescheduling interrupts

Did one of you report the issue to the lkml yet?
Any responses yet?

Do you think choosing an other scheduler than anticipatory might help?
