Check the kernel driver/module and see if this is possible. You can also try
manually enabling usb autosuspend for that device if you hadn't already tried 
that.

Those are usually caused by things like keyboard interrupts and network traffic
and not identifiable as such. Unfortunately you can't get rid of them in an easy
way, other than eliminiating all those other interrupt sources.
