Did the screen shot on my original email make it through? It showed 200 
(97.7%), 400 (1.0%), 1100 (0.0%), 1300 (0.0%), and 1500 (1.3%), though based on 
your explanation it should show 200 (97.7%), 400 (1.0%), 600 (0.0%), 900 
(0.0%), 1500 (1.3%) on this platform.  Are there any reasons why powertop might 
be showing the wrong pstates? Or is powertop just reading the pstate 
information that the firmware provides (meaning the firmware did not report the 
600 and 900 Mhz frequencies)? Thanks.
