inherently no, there is not enough information to do this, since most 
systems only have a single power-measuring device: the battery monitor.

we can deduce (per hardware device) what the cost of components roughly 
is by doing extensive trials. Also, from some devices we already know 
the cost from specifications too, but it's usually not enough to make a 
detailed view.
