I should have been more detailed:

It's about openSUSE 11.4 shipping pretty soon.
Is the latest version already stable enough to replace the old one?
Or does it make sense to temporary ship two versions:
powertop -> 1.13
and
powertop2 -> 1.97

and submit the latest stuff to powertop package and delete
powertop2 again afterwards.

Takashi already packaged the latest version, if someone wants
to give it an easy try, here are already built packages:
