In my vast surfing about the net for computer information, I seem to recall seeing
something about a little fix that would prevent windows opening so far south as to
hide behind the control strip. Since I had never really used the control strip for
anything, I didn't make a note of it. After using a little shareware program that
makes CSM's, however, I have customized my control strip into a lazy person's dream,
so now I would really like to find the fix. I have searched Versiontracker with no
results. Any ideas?

BTW: Is anyone having strange problems with QuickTime 5 and 8.6 or earlier?
