You can download Japanese language disk images from
http://www.asep.apple.co.jp/softdl/Macintosh/System/PB5300-190_Update_J2-121/
Go for the DiskTool.image.sit.hqx file. Alas, everything will be in
Japanese. You can then put a 7.5.5 English Finder into the system folder
on this disktool disk to change some of the Japanese to English. But if
you're an experienced Mac user, the Japanese won't bother you, since
you'll recognize all the menus anyway, one hopes.
