I buy all my memory from them.

So far for a PB1400, iMac, Wallstreet, Beige G3/MT and PPC8500.

I had a problem with the PB1400 memory about 3 months after buying it. After
spending less than 5 minutes on the phone with tech support (including hold
time!) they agreed there was a problem and sent a replacement out overnight.
They picked up the bad memory about a week later via UPS Ground. All this at
their expense.

That was my first purchase from them (in January this year) and I have gone,
and will go, back to them for all my memory purchases. They are typically
the lowest or within a few dollars of the lowest. I will pay a few extra
dollars when necessary for this kind of service.
