Hi,

I forget who was the original poster on this thread, but with respect to
Paul's comment below, I have located a PDF of what I believe is taken from
Apple's Hypercard stack used internally by its repair personnel.  It's
definitely different (and, more detailed) than the other stuff I've been
able to find online.

It was provided to me by the person who sold me my Sonnet upgrade.
