hi! looks like i screwed up in changing the hard drive of my powerbook
5300cs last night
i changed to a higher capacity driveand ended up breaking 3 of the small
tiny pins where the connector goes ;-(

will that totally damage the drive ? can i get it repaired ?

is there a database somewhere which can tell me what type of hard drive/
hard drive connector comes with whatever model of powerbook ? how about a
database on the
size and height of hard drives that can be accomodated ?

i have a 3400c as my main machine and would like to know what height of hard
drive i could
use.. does it have a 17mm or a 9mm height 2.5 inch drive? thanks for any
help
