The laserwriter extension should be in the installer disks for OS 7.0 
which is available through Apple:

http://download.info.apple.com/Apple_Support_Area/Apple_Software_Updates/English-North_American/Macintosh/System/Older_System/System_7.0.x/

That will let you use a LaserWriter which does postscript.

There are utilities to load a Postscript file to a laser printer; I 
remember one used to be on BBEdi's site, and there may be an apple 
utility  browse through the FTP site lited above to find it...
