2. Don't replace your PRAM battery before sending the unit to the REA.
You might find that Apple replaces more than they are supposed to,
including the PRAM battery. In my case, they replaced the motherboard and
the keyboard and probably the PRAM battery, though for my serial number
they didn't have to replace any of these.
