Actually, to be completely pedantic about it, Open Transport played perfectly
well with the DHCP standard, it's just that DHCP server implementors (most
notably one large monopolistic company in Redmond) played it loose with the
rules, so OT didn't play well with them.

That said, I'm pretty sure the problem was fixed by the version of OT that
comes with 8.5...
