I am very happy with the GV Platinum Pro combo card I got on ebay. One nice small dongle for RJ-11 and RJ-45, the dongle plugs into itself when not in use (makes a circle, kinda) so the ports stay clean, and the drivers you download from GV include the latest GlobalFAX. I like globalfax, although Valuefax is nice too. If you don't want a combo card, www.computer-show.com has some pretty cheap 14.4 and 28.8 PC Card modems, of a couple different brands.
