The only Eudora that you can get for a non power pc, without paying, is Eudora lite.  
Version 4.3 and up requires a powerpc and I believe a minimum of 8.0.  Runs in three 
modes: lite, sponsored, or paid.  Lite is lite....still quite nice but gutted of some 
features; sponsored gives you the fully working program with all the bells and 
whistles...the only catch is an advertising box.  I believe it also sends your 
internet history into hq as well...research on internet usage patterns or some such.   
And of course paid is paid... I think it is around 40 bucks.
