I would like to be able to network my PB5300ce with my PowerMac 6500, both running OS 8.6.
AND Be able to use the modem connection on the 6500 to surf the net through the network. Is this only possible via ethernet? Or can it be done via AppleTalk as well? Either way, what are the critical TCP/IP settings at each machine? I currently have the 5300 networked via AppleTalk and the 6500 online via the modem with the 5300 AppleTalk set to AppleTalk and the 6500 set to Remote Only.
