No Mac drivers have ever been made for 3Com etherlink cards for macs. 
3Com never made 'em, and no programmer ever stepped into the breach. You 
could possibly get one running using linux drivers, under Darwin, but 
then you don't have a Mac anymore ;-)

(note *some* 3Com labelled cards, mostly modem and (iirc) some combo 
modem/ethernet cards do work, but that's because they're re-badged USR 
or Megahertz cards)
