I have a 520, which I downgraded from 7.5.5 to 7.1. The system boots
up a bit faster and uses 300kB less RAM. But I miss the possibilities
of the "PowerBook" control panel of 7.5.5. The 7.1 version of the
control panel gives me no choice over when the HD spins down or the
light gets switched off. I tried to install the newer version but it
refuses to open ("cannot be used on this computer").
Any hints?
