How do I reset the power manager? I bought a 5300 and the battery has no charge. I put a known working battery in the 5300 and the PB still won't start off the battery. After starting from the power supply the known fully charged battery appears uncharged yet when removed and put back in my 3400 it works fine. I've left the battery which came with the 5300 in the unit for 72 hours with the power supply attached and still no charge taking place. I suspect the power manager needs a reset or else the battery charger board is bad. I've checked the battery contact prongs and they're making solid contact with the battery. FYI: The PRAM battery is drained also as date/time corrections won't retain after restart from the power supply. Thanks for your time and, please, no 5300 jokes. Chuck
