With these problems and so little ram, the price should be well below $100.00. I just bought a PB3400c/200/48/6gig on eBay for about $250. The ram upgrade cost me $70 to 144 mb. Screens are going for about $150 or so, which I did not need. So I wouldn't even be interested in that machine if I were you - at any price.
