I own a second generation 233 Wallstreet, so I've looked at processor upgrades a bit recently. I'm not going to go with any; I'd rather get a new computer, but when I looked at those I'm pretty sure the company that offered the upgrades (Sonnet, PowerLogix) had them available for both types. I'd suggest checking out those websites.
