Sometimes the whole thing doesn't come up as a link in emails. Here's the long way. My homepage is mac.com/jsh13, there is a File Sharing tab at the top. Go there and it's in the Other Files folder. Download both to your hard drive and put them into a folder. The installer works fine then.
