Just don't get one of the ones that has an interchangeable head. Those 
don't fit down into the hole.

I got one at an electronics shop: a Wiha #267, 40mm x T8 for something 
like $3.50. Strong moly alloy shaft, and a spinner top like a jewelers 
screwdriver, so you can spin it backing those long ones out.

Very nice.
