............you are out of luck unless you find a serial option from the visor people the 1400 will never be able to do usb and there is no such thing as a serial to usb adapter only a usb to serial adapter for computers that have usb to let them talk to serial devices and not the reverse also the 1400 and 5300 and earlier model powerbooks cannot do cardbus which means they can nver work with any usb pc cards since all those cards require cardbus ie 32bit interface and those older powerbooks just cant do it btw are you a fan of ee cummings or read any of archy and mehitabel look out here comes the cat @!$@#!L>KSFD>LSFD that was close archy -- -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
