Me brain ded! Me thinking PeeCee. Actually the 520 runs at 25 khz, and the 540 at 33. I WISH it ran at 66! ;-P See even then the Mhz myth was real!) That said, in performance it does compare to a 486/50 or 66 laptop, having played with both.
