Either a 3C589C or D should work -- I've tested with both.

I have not tested against the 'Parallel Tasking' series but it will
*probably* work. Of course, this being an unofficial hack, none of
this is guaranteed. :-P

A tech friend of mine suggested it, and had a spare 10Mbit dongle I
borrowed to confirm.

This is in fact identical to the one I have for my 3C589C, so I can confirm
it works. There is a link LED under the RJ45 jack, and no 10/100 lights on
the dongle plug.
