Hello, all.

I'm having a little trouble with my PowerBook 1400C (333 MHz G3, 64 MB RAM,
OS Z1-9.1, internal Ethernet and Zip100).

Unitl about a month ago it was working fine. Since then, it was at a
friend's house, who left it on a shelf, unused, with the battery inserted
but the AC adapter unplugged. When I picked it up and tried to start it, it
just sat there.

When I plug in the original Apple power brick, it doesn't respond at all.
When I try it with the MadsonLine micro-adapter, the speaker pops at a
steady rate, as if it were trying to start up. Sometimes, the screen sort of
flashes, too.

Since I suspected it was a power manager problem due to the batteries
running out, I tried leaving it without power overnight, leaving it without
power with the power key depressed for a day, and all the key combos for
resetting the power manager. Still no go.

So, anyone else have any ideas or suggestions, before I dig up my spare
1400/133 and harvest it for parts?
