Hello, I own a PowerBook 190 with a passive-matrix display (16 levels of gray). In the Internet I once read an article, which states that it is possible to exchange the passive-matrix display with an active-matrix color display (same size) of the PowerBook 5300 series. I can't find this article anymore.
My question now is: is this possible? If yes, which display is it (exact part number) and from which PowerBook 5300? Any idea where such a display can still be bought?
