Hi, hope someone out there can help me with this. I have the Farallon 595 [not 595a] card with a PowerBook 1400 running OS 9.1 and can't get the installer to work. When running the installer, I keep getting the message 'Insert PC Card Installer 2.2 disk'. I am using a floppy disk labelled as such with the OS installer as downloaded from Farallon's site. I have tried running the installer from a CD, a floppy, and the hard drive. Same message. When I insert the floppy disk with the drivers on it, I get the message that the disk is labelled PC Card Installer 2.2 but is not the correct disk, and then...... Please insert a disk labelled PC Card Installer 2.2. What am I doing wrong? Or how can I install the pieces of the software manually? Hope someone out there has run into this.
