AOL has a problem with Mac's since we use two forks for transmission, the resource and the data fork, aol deletes the resource fork in graphic files, have you daughter send it in QuickTime or get a freeware program called G.I.F. 1.0.1 which I use to delete the fork for any graphics I send to AOL friends.
