Victor:
I've used both, and the c is definitely better to look at. But
before you get rid of the cs, check out its components and keep the
best of both. The components are interchangeable.

Does the c have a battery that holds a charge? If not, try the cs battery.
Does the c have both a working floopy and CD-ROM expansion bay?
         If not, check the cs.
Does the cs have PCMIA cards like a modem or ethernet card that fit
in the slots
on the left side? If so, don't send them away with the computer.
Is the c's charger case cracked or wires look worn? If so, take the
cs charger.

and if you're willing to operate inside the case, or know someone who can,
Does the c have sufficient memory? If not, check out what is inside the cs.
Does the c have a slower CPU than the cs? If so, swap.

Apple System Profiler on the Apple menu will tell you what memory and
CPU are inside each machine.
