Did you try the modem.  My understanding is that as a rule there is 
built in support for most modems.  An exception would be WinModems. 
They are akin to GeoPort modems on the Mac and there are no drivers 
for them on the Mac (AFAIK).

Did you check www.proxim.com for the drivers?  They now own Farallon 
and seem to have all of Farallons old web site.
