The 12x and 20x 3400 modules I've got use a completely different 
form-factor mechanism inside the case than the 8x and 12x 1400 modules 
I've got, confirming David's note below.

Sooo . . . I'd sure like to know what modules _will_ replace the 3400's 
mechanism(s), anyone know of specific models that work?
