I just completeld a clean install of OS 8.5 followed by the 8.6 update on a PB 3400c. Several items that were to have been in a Folder called Portables in Apple Extras were not installed. I reformated and initialized and attempted a second installation the Prompts indicated I was successful, but again no folder. Is there a special version of this system for PowerBooks?
