Most of the Aqua scheme creators have been intimidated by Apple and 
forced off the public web, though.  Still, you might find something

I'm personally a big fan of the NEXTSTEP 4 scheme.  Very nice looking!

To use the Aqua theme* you'll need OS 8.5+ (and a PowerPC to run it) 
and thousands/millions of colors.  In short, you can't use the themes 
that were floating around on the web a while back...
