The A/C adapter used with the 1400cs is model number M4895, M4896 or 
M4402. This adapter is shared by the PowerBook 3400, PowerBook G3 
(original) and the PowerBook G3 Series (including Lombard and Pismo).

The PowerBook 160 uses Model number M5651, M5652 or M4662. According 
to the Apple Knowledgebase document #16168, you can share this with 
PowerBook 140, 145, 145b, 160, 165, 170, and 180 computers.

Basically, no.
