For CF adapters, I've read several places that the PC Card adapter itself is just wires; the adapter brand itself should not matter. If a Dazzle tech support exists, perhaps email them. The G3 spec doesn't make sense to me. I agree that Sandisk CF media seems to have the best success; I got my media at CompUSA. FWIW, I have read once but have not been able to confirm that the Smartmedia adapter do contain circuitry hence there may be a difference between brands and the exact ATA standard they are made with, etc. I don't know of a reason for the CF - PC Card adapters to say "G3" except that's a mac laptop spec that most people have heard of at all lately (surprising how long the G3's have been out, time flies). Circuit City I think has a great return policy; I'd ask about how they did returns and if you like the policy just try it. About $14 should be your price, although I've seen mention of $9 - $25. FWIW, My CF adapter is a Microtech; I've been tempted by the 128 meg Sandisk CF at Costco, recently, for $50 (they had smartmedia, too, same size/price). I've not seriously surfed ads for sales prices lately, but that seems decent. Brian -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
