Try deleting the Sonnet software and using the PowerLogix G3/G4 Cache
profiler or NuPower G3 controller for the G3 chip. IIRC Sonnet's software
was the one that had problems with OS 8.6 and 9.1 on 1400's. Also I think
the cache should be a 2:1 ratio for best stability.
