Arne, Are you saying that you took the 8 GB HD out of the external case and put it into your PB? If so, that's not what I am asking (but it was a side thought I had - thanks). What I wanted to know is could you use the HD as an external PCMCIA device. It appears, from the one other reply to my post, that you can.
