You're right, the dongle is the part that plugs into the card and 
connects it to the network.

They sell all sorts of these cables. Depending on the model of the card 
it's either $20 or $25 for the part there.

This place is a godsend; every ethernet card, modem, combo card, etc on 
the planet seems to come with a different cable...
