I've been thinking about getting the Belkin Notebook
10/100 Ethernet Card Type II 16-bit PCMCIA. I'm not
100% positive it will work, but most other belkin
 items I have do.
Up to the fisrt G3 Powerbooks, the PCMCIA port is a 8 bits port. So any 16
bits PCMCIA adaptors don't work...

PC Cards (PCMCIA) are at least 16 bits, Card Bus, a superset of PC
Card is 32 bits. Early power books (up to the 3400) can only use 16
bit PC Cards and not Card Bus. G3 Series and above can take Card Bus
(32 bit) or earlier PC Cards (16 bit). 3400 and the Original G3 have
Card Bus electronics but a non-Card Bus card cage so they MAY work
with Card Bus and can with a modification.
