Not anymore. In the past, Apple had both the floppy version of System 7.5.3
available online, as a series of single 1.4 MB floppy images, and the CD
version, which consists of 19 parts of one big image file that can be burnt
to a CD-R.

The floppy version is no longer available for download, for some reason.
