Digital Forest <http://www.forest.net/>. Outside of Apple the are the
largest Macintosh hosting facility in the world.

But, keep in mind, they are pros. Their prices are reasonable but you won't
get "All you can eat for $9.99/month!!!" type sales pitches.

I can vouch for their uptime, too. They host TidBITS and can handle their
massive amounts of traffic, we serve tens of gigs a month of .mov's and
MP3's at impressive speeds and, during the two times our site has been
"slashdotted", it caused barely a hiccup (although, the SysAdmin sent me an
email saying, "What the heck is going on!?" :-).
