You need no driver, use the MacIP setting in the Network CP and the adapter does the converting to TCP/IP. IIRC, you'll need to set the IP manually when using MacIP (been awhile since I last used it.) I've got a couple of these and they work dandy, though speed is of course limited to the serial port's slow pace. They're also a great solution for adding older AT printers such as LaserWriters to an ethernet network. If you can, install the drivers for the EN/SC, as that device is much faster than any serial port solution.
