Is there any good resource that you guys would recommend about
learning how to set up a "shareware" business?

I'm mostly concerned about taxes, legal business status, and
copyright/trademark issues, but I'd also like to hear about
strategies for getting your software noticed.

Not that I have a stellar, world-class app ready to rake in the
dollars, but it would be good to know for the future. In case I ever
get _good_ at RB, eh? ;-)

I've taken a look at Erick Tejkowski's articles on ResExcellence, but
aside from that, is there someplace you guys would say is a good
resource for small business/shareware business information?

For instance, I'm interested in setting up a donation scenario like
(the former) StimpSoft's donation scheme for Son of Weather Grok.
How would I handle income and IRS issues later on? Etc.

Thanks much,
Drew
