Hi all,
A while ago I asked you guys for help because my PB 3400c was behaving very wierd. After all the tests you suggested, it seems the problem lies with the logic board.
1. The clock will not stay correct. I've changed the PRAM battery twice and let it charge... still nothing.
2. The main battery will not charge. It worked ok and suddenly one day it would not charge no matter what I do. If I disconnect the power supply the PB shuts off instantly, which means the battery doesn't even have a second of life.
3. It does strange things once in a while, like freezing for no reason or shutting off suddenly.
My questions are:
1. Where can I get a logic board? 2. How much will it cost approximately? 3. Where can I find instructions on how to install it? 4. Can I upgrade to a G3?
Thanks for the help.
Gabriel
gponz, I dont know if this was asked, but did you try a different power board ?
As for buying one, the only realistic option is ebay unless you dont mind spending close to $100.
