not sure if mozilla has the group'd bookmarks feature or not
Mozilla has, as far as I can tell, everything that Netscape has except the advertising, the pre-exempted sites in the pop-up blocking preferences (If you disable popups in Mozilla, they all stop. If you do so in Netscape, there's a list of about 20 sites, including Mozilla, AOL, Wal-mart and a bunch of other retailers where the popups still work...you have to go into the advanced section to remove them) and spell-checking in the Mail program, for which I'd use Newer's Spell Tools anyway <http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/673>.
There is a Mozilla Spellchecker project: <http://spellchecker.mozdev.org> but they don't offer one for OS9 or OSX last I checked (I'm not getting to the site right now)
