I've got a Newer FW2Go card and it works on my _non-upgraded_ 3400s, with the caveat that I had to trim the end of the card to allow it to fit into the cage. <http://mywebpages.comcast.net/macdan/3400cardbus.html> I haven't tested lots of devices, but I do recall for sure it working with a Lacie 60GB desktop drive. I've got a bunch of other FW devices but heck if I can remember if I tried anything else. Been weeks since I played, I'm afraid my memory has many fawlty circuits. hth, Dan ................................. http://macdan.n3.net/ carracho://dankephoto.dhs.org:9700 hotline://dankephoto.dhs.org:9500 ................................. -- PowerBooks is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
