Hello Jim:

I have found that normal battery chargers, when wired up to the battery
contacts using lengths of wire with small alligator clips, do the trick.
 You just need a battery charger of around 7-9 volts and about 200-350
milliamps.  That is important.  If the charger develops too many
milliamps the battery will over heat.  I like to use slightly bent
sewing needles to slip in between the battery contacts and the plastic
casing so that good contact can be made with the alligator clips.  It is
good to check the conductivity of the needles once you have inserted
them using a multimeter or volt meter.
